These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Urban Bites’ restaurant services, website, mobile application, online ordering facilities, and services provided through third-party platforms. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Urban Bites operates as a food and beverage establishment providing dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering services. Delivery services may be facilitated through third-party platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. Service availability may vary based on operational conditions, location, and timings.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and statutory charges shall be levied in accordance with Indian laws. Payment for orders must be completed at the time of placing the order.

Urban Bites reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order due to unavailability, operational constraints, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

3. Delivery Services

Delivery services are managed by independent third-party platforms. Delivery timelines provided are indicative only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other external factors. Urban Bites shall not be responsible for delays or service failures attributable to third-party delivery partners.

4. Reservations

Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Urban Bites reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if guests do not arrive within a reasonable period or fail to comply with reservation policies, particularly during peak hours or special occasions.

5. Food Quality, Allergies, and Dietary Requirements

Urban Bites follows standard food safety and hygiene practices. However, menu items may contain allergens or ingredients unsuitable for certain individuals. Customers are responsible for informing staff of allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While reasonable precautions are taken, allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed.

6. Customer Behaviour

Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other patrons, and property. Urban Bites reserves the right to refuse service or take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, abuse, or unlawful behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, menus, branding elements, images, text, and other materials associated with Urban Bites are the exclusive property of Urban Bites. Unauthorised reproduction, use, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Urban Bites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

9. Force Majeure

Urban Bites shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, labour issues, or supply disruptions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Amendments

Urban Bites reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
